What stays on your device
The game stores the following locally to remember your progress and preferences:
- Your personal best, total completed runs, and most recent completed-run score.
- Your selected commentary level: Gentle, Petty, or Personal.
- Your sound and haptics preferences.
- Phrase-selection history: identifiers for the last phrase, recently shown phrases, and phrases used in each level’s current selection cycle.
This history keeps commentary varied and lets contextual phrases refer to actual gameplay. It is not a record of your identity or sensitive personal characteristics. The app does not save a complete tap-by-tap or dated play history.
The app uses local device preferences storage. It does not send these saved values to Cultivate Media LLC or provide its own cloud synchronization. Device backup and restore services may handle app data according to your device settings and their own policies.
What the app does not collect
The current app does not transmit gameplay data to a developer-operated server. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, or integrated third-party crash-reporting service. It does not request access to your contacts, location, photos, camera, or microphone.
Its bundled Flutter, icon, and local-preferences libraries provide the interface and local storage. They are not connected analytics or advertising services. Sound and haptics use device functions.
These statements describe the app’s own behavior. Apple’s beta-testing, operating-system, and backup services are separate.
If you test with Apple TestFlight
Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information when you use TestFlight and shares them with the app developer. This can include device and operating-system details, app versions, sessions, and crashes. Names and email addresses may also be available, depending on how you were invited and the feedback you submit.
Feedback and screenshots you choose to submit through TestFlight are also shared with the developer. This collection is part of Apple’s TestFlight service; it is not an analytics or crash-reporting SDK added to Mildly Offensive.

When you email us
If you email mo@cultivatemediaauburn.com, Cultivate Media LLC receives your email address, your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to send. We use support correspondence to respond to questions and investigate reported problems. Email is separate from the game’s local storage.
ImprovMX provides catch-all email forwarding for cultivatemediaauburn.com and forwards messages sent to mo@cultivatemediaauburn.com to a Gmail inbox used by the operator. There is no separate Mildly Offensive mailbox, and this is not a Google Workspace mailbox. ImprovMX and Google process messages as part of delivering and storing email. See ImprovMX’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for information about their services.
Only send the information needed to explain your question or issue. You can use the same address to ask about access to or deletion of correspondence you have sent.
This website
This website’s pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, cookies, browser storage, accounts, embedded third-party media, or a contact-form service. Its fonts and visual assets do not load from third-party font or image services. Email links open your own email application.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When serving the website, Cloudflare processes network and request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. This hosting-related processing is separate from the app’s local gameplay storage. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about its handling of this information.
How long we keep correspondence
Cultivate Media LLC deletes resolved support emails and downloaded TestFlight feedback 12 months after the related question or issue is resolved. This is a manual practice, not an automated deletion process.
This retention period applies to copies under our control. It does not set or change how long Apple, ImprovMX, Google, or other service providers retain information under their own policies.
Your choices and questions
You can change sound, haptics, and commentary preferences inside the app. Local progress remains in the app’s device storage until it is removed; device backups may retain copies. There is no developer account containing your saved scores.
For questions about information Cultivate Media LLC receives through support or beta testing, or to request access or deletion, email mo@cultivatemediaauburn.com. Requests concerning Apple’s own records can also be directed to Apple’s Data and Privacy service.
